Title: Toxics Release Inventory Addition of Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) 
Abstract:

The EPA is evaluating whether to add hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) to the list of chemicals reportable under section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (i.e., the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI)). The EPA has developed an Action Plan to address concerns for releases of HBCD to the environment. The Action Plan includes the initiation of rulemaking to add HBCD to the TRI.
