Title: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Site Remediation Amendments | |
Abstract:
The EPA promulgated the Site Remediation National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) standards on October 8, 2003. The Sierra Club filed a petition for reconsideration challenging the exemptions for federally ordered cleanups under CERCLA and RCRA in the final rule. We plan to conduct notice and comment rulemaking to address the petition issue. |
