Abstract: Performance Specification 18 (PS18) and Procedure 6 were originally promulgated in the Federal Register on July 7, 2015. In this action, the EPA will make several minor technical amendments to PS18 and Procedure 6 which will help clarify several aspects of the original rulemaking.
