Title: ●Freedom of Information Act Amendments 
Abstract:

This proposed rule will implement the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended. The rule will supersede FHFA’s current FOIA regulation, located at 12 CFR part 1202. The rule will incorporate substantive and administrative changes set forth in guidance issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Agency FOIA regulations, including utilizing the template recommended by DOJ, as well as reflect changes in FHFA’s administrative structure, and update several procedural provisions.
