Title: World Trade Center Health Program: Amendments to Definitions, Appeals, and Other Requirements  
Abstract:

This rule proposes to amend provisions in part 88, including but not limited to those related to enrollment, certification, and appeals. This action also addresses public comments submitted in response to an interim final rule published on July 1, 2011 regarding the eligibility, enrollment, certification, and appeal requirements for the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program (WTC Health Program: Requirements for Enrollment, Appeals, Certification of Health Conditions, and Reimbursement, RIN 0920-AA44); an interim final rule published on March 28, 2013 concerning the eligibility requirements for individuals who responded to the terrorist attack sites in Shanksville, PA and at the Pentagon (WTC Health Program Eligibility Requirements for Shanksville, Pennsylvania and Pentagon Responders, RIN 0920-AA48); and the interim final rule published on February 18, 2014, which amended the list of cancers covered by the Program (WTC Health Program; Amendments to List of WTC-Related Health Conditions; Cancer; Revision, RIN 0920-AA50) .
