Title: Changes to the Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control and Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) Programs in Response to the Affordable Care Act (CMS-6068-F) 
Abstract:

This final rule updates the Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control (MEQC) and PERM programs based on the changes to Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) eligibility under the Affordable Care Act of 2010. This rule also implements various other improvements to the PERM program.
