Title: ●Fire Safety Requirements for Certain Dialysis Facilities (CMS-3334-P) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would amend the fire safety standards for certain Medicare and Medicaid participating dialysis facilities.  This rule would adopt the 2012 edition of the Life Safety Code and eliminate previous references with some exceptions.
