Title: Electronic Visa Update System | |
Abstract:
This rule amends the Department of Homeland Security regulations to establish the Electronic Visa Update System program. The program will allow for the periodic collection of updated biographic and other information from nonimmigrant aliens who hold a passport issued by an identified country containing a U.S. nonimmigrant visa of a designated category. Persons subject to the regulations must comply with program requirements in order to maintain the validity of their visa and to travel to the United States. |
