Title: Energy Efficiency Design Standards for New Federal Low-Rise Residential Buildings | |
Abstract:
This rule implements provisions in the Energy Conservation and Production Act (ECPA) that require DOE to update the baseline Federal energy efficiency performance standards for the construction of new Federal low-rise residential buildings one year after the date of approval of each subsequent update of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC). This rule updates the baseline Federal commercial standard to IECC version 2015 while also analyzing IECC version 2012. |
