Title: ●Determinations of Attainment by the Attainment Date, and Determinations of Failure To Attain and Reclassification of Certain Areas, for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 NAAQS 
Abstract:

This action relates to the December 31, 2015, attainment date for nonattainment areas classified as Moderate for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 NAAQS. In this notice, EPA will find that certain areas attained the NAAQS by the attainment date and that others failed to attain the NAAQS by the attainment date and will be reclassified to Serious by operation of law.
