Title: Federal Home Loan Bank New Business Activities 
Abstract:

This rule will amend the existing New Business Activities regulation to establish revised procedures for FHFA approval of the Federal Home Loan Banks’ new business activities. Revisions include establishing a revised, expedited timeline for FHFA determinations, carving out the acceptance of new collateral from new business activity notice requirements and modifying new business activity submission requirements to improve the quality of information included in submissions.
