Title: Export Sales Reporting Program
Abstract: In 1973, Congress mandated an export sales reporting requirement to ensure all parties involved in production and export of U.S. grain have access to up-to-date export information. Section 602 of the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978, provided reporting of wheat and wheat flour, feed grain, oil seeds, cotton and cotton products, rice, cattle hides and skins, beef and pork, and other commodities that the Secretary may designate. This final rule will issue a determination on the proposal to add distillers dried grain (DDG) to the Export Sales Reporting Requirements. This determination will be based on USDA's analysis of comments received during the proposed rule comment period.
