Title: Identification (ID) Cards for Members of the Uniformed Services, Their Dependents, and Other Eligible Individuals (Adding Subpart D) 
Abstract:

ID cards are issued to uniformed service members, their dependents, and other eligible individuals and are used as proof of identity and DoD affiliation, and facilitate the extension of benefits. The rule updated the CFR with current Federal and DoD policy and addressed eligibility documentation requirements.
