Title: Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program 
Abstract:

This rule adopts as final an interim final rule published on September 27, 2016 to implement Department of Defense’s SAPR Program. The Department seeks to establish a culture free of sexual assault through prevention, education and training, response capability, victim support, reporting procedures, and accountability to enhance the safety and well-being of all persons covered by this regulation.
