Title: Competitive Process for Offering Lands for Solar and Wind Energy Development | |
Abstract:
This rule would provide authority and a competitive process to make lands available for solar and wind development. Current regulations limit the competitive process to responding to right-of-way applications. This rule would provide authority to offer land for solar and wind development through a nomination and competitive process. |
