Title: Energy Conservation Standards for Ceiling Fans 
Abstract:

EPCA authorizes the Secretary to determine whether updating the statutory energy conservation standards for ceiling fans is technologically feasible and economically justified and would result in significant energy savings. If these criteria are met, the Secretary may issue amended energy conservation standards for ceiling fans.
