Title: Certain Water Quality Standards Applicable to Maine 
Abstract: On December 19, 2017, the EPA finalized certain federal water quality standards (WQSs) applicable to waters under the state of Maine's jurisdiction, to protect human health and aquatic life. Most of the WQSs apply only to waters in Indian lands and other waters where there is a tribal sustenance fishing right, and a small number apply to all Maine waters. The final rule became effective on January 18, 2017.
