Title: Federal Employees Health Benefits Program: Removal of Eligible and Ineligible Individuals From Existing 
Abstract:

This final rule provides OPM, agencies, and carriers a defined process to remove individuals from FEHB enrollments who are ineligible to receive coverage. The final rule also provides that certain eligible family members may be removed from FEHB enrollments.
