Title: Release of Official Information and Appearance of Witnesses in Litigation 
Abstract:

The Department of the Army proposed to revise its regulation concerning policies and procedures for release of official information and testimony of Army witnesses in federal and state courts where the Army or Department of Defense (DoD) has an interest in the matter. It has since been determined that a revision of 32 CFR part 97 will allow the DoD to have a single regulation regarding this subject matter for the entire Department. Upon completion of that revision, this part will be removed.
