Title: Law Enforcement Operations and Investigations | |
Abstract:
This part prescribes policies and procedures concerning police operations and offenses investigated by Military Police and Department of the Army Civilian Police and Detectives. Army published a proposed rule for 32 CFR part 637 that deleted all existing internal Army content and replaced it with text addressing the detention of civilians. The language pertaining to the detention of civilians on military installations will be codified in 32 CFR part 635, under Army's part regarding Law Enforcement. Upon completion of that revision, this part will be removed. |
