Title: Fire Safety Requirements for Certain Dialysis Facilities (CMS-3334-F) 
Abstract:

This final rule amends the fire safety standards for certain Medicare and Medicaid participating dialysis facilities.  This rule adopts the 2012 edition of the Life Safety Code and eliminate previous references with some exceptions.
