Title: United States Agency for International Development Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) Appendix D: Revisions to Leave and Holidays for U.S. Personal Services Contractors, Including Family and Medical Leave 
Abstract:

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is publishing a final rule that would amend appendix D of the USAID Acquisition Regulation to revise the General Provision contract clause entitled, "Leave and Holidays (APR 1997)," for U.S. Personal Services Contracts with individuals (USPSCs).  This revision would: (1) broaden the categories of prior service used to determine the rate of accrual of annual leave; (2) clarify the application of sick leave; (3) add home leave for qualifying posts; and (4) authorize family and medical leave for eligible USPSCs in the United States and abroad.
