Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for 12 Hawaii Island Species 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to designate critical habitat for the Hawaiian picture-wing fly (Drosophila digressa) and the following Hawaiian plants: `aku (Cyanea tritomantha), haha (Cyanea marksii), haiwale (Cyrtandra nanawaleensis), haiwale (Cyrtandra wagneri), hoawa (Pittosporum hawaiiense), kookoolau (Bidens hillebrandiana ssp. hillebrandiana), ma`oli`oli (Schiedea hawaiiensis), Phyllostegia floribunda, Melicope remyi, Schiedea diffusa ssp. macraei, and Stenogyne cranwelliae under the Endangered Species Act. These species are found in Hawaii and are listed as endangered.
