Title: Revisions to DOE's NEPA Regulations | |
Abstract:
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) will update its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) implementing procedures at 10 CFR part 1021. DOE will propose to revise several of its categorical exclusions, contained in subpart D, appendix B, and related provisions in appendices C and D. A categorical exclusion is a category of actions that DOE has determined normally do not have significant impacts, individually, or cumulatively and, therefore, normally do not require an environmental impact statement or an environmental assessment. |
