Title: ●Consumer and Commercial Products, Group IV: CTG's in Lieu of Regulations for Misc. Metal Products Coatings, Plastic Parts, Auto & Light Duty Truck Assembly Coatings, & Fiberglass Boat Mfg. Materials 
Abstract: This action would announce the Administrator’s determinations under section 183(e) for 4 categories of consumer and commercial products that Control Techniques Guidelines (CTG) are substantially as effective as national rules for these categories. These determinations are made based on considerations affecting VOC emission reductions in ozone non-attainment areas. The proposal would solicit comments on the proposed determinations and announce availability of draft CTGs for each of the product categories. The final notice would finalize the determinations and announce availability of CTGs covering these categories.
