SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In accordance with Executive Order 12866 entitled "Regulatory Planning and Review" and the Regulatory Flexibility Act, 5 U.S.C. 601 to 612, executive agencies are required to publish in the Federal Register semiannual regulatory agendas in April and October of each year. The regulations being considered by the Peace Corps are not "significant" rules within the meaning of Executive Order 12866, and no regulatory impact analysis is required. In addition, the Peace Corps has determined, under the Regulatory Flexibility Act, that the regulations under consideration will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. Accordingly, no Regulatory Flexibility Analysis is required. The Agency has also determined that the regulations will not impose compliance costs or reporting burdens on the public.
