AGENCY: Peace Corps

ACTION: Semiannual regulatory agenda

SUMMARY: This agenda announces the regulations the Peace Corps will have under development during the 6-month period from April 1, 2015 through October 31, 2015. The purpose of publishing this agenda is to give notice of any regulatory activity by Peace Corps in order to allow the public an opportunity to participate in the rulemaking process.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In accordance with Executive Order 12866 entitled "Regulatory Planning and Review" and the Regulatory Flexibility Act, 5 U.S.C. 601 to 612, executive agencies are required to publish in the Federal Register semiannual regulatory agendas each year. Some being considered by the Peace Corps may be "significant" rules within the meaning of Executive Order 12866. In addition, the Peace Corps has determined, under the Regulatory Flexibility Act, that the regulations under consideration will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities. Accordingly, no Regulatory Flexibility Analysis is required.
