Terms of Clearance: The FCC will remove OMB's address from all Burden Statements in this information collection. The FCC should add a description of how carriers request the waivers from the FCC described in the manual. The FCC should also provide a contact point in the Industry Analysis Division of the Common Carrier Bureau to answer questions on non-listed international service points and other issues. The table on page 35 appears to contain an incorrect reference in footnote "***".
