Short Statement: This is a revision of a currently approved data collection. After consultation with Regional Office staff, the estimated average number of hours per response was decreased from the previously approved 80 hours to 8 hours as a result of automation (at the State level) and the advancement of State systems technology. Therefore, the previously OMB approved burden will be adjusted from 4,560 to 456
