Terms of Clearance: EPA is withdrawing this ICR. The agency is currently working on a proposed rule that will change the reporting requirements of the Disadvantaged Business Program. In the meantime, the agency will discontinue use of the 6100 series forms covered by this ICR. When the agency issues the proposed rule, it will submit a new ICR covering the revised reporting requirements under the new rule. OMB will act on that new ICR when it is submitted.
