The Agricultural Act of 2014 (the 2014 Farm Bill) reauthorizes the Livestock Indemnity Program, the Livestock Forage Disaster Program, the Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program, and the Tree Assistance Program, with some changes. The rule implemented the disaster assistance programs as authorized by the 2014 Farm Bill.  In addition, the rule amended the payment eligibility and payment limits regulations as required by the 2014 Farm Bill for the disaster assistance programs and other FSA programs and FSA administered CCC programs.
