The final rule will remove regulations for the farm programs that are obsolete; no longer authorized or being run under different funding.  For example, there are regulations for the Livestock Indemnity Program and other standing disaster assistance programs in the Farm Service Agency (FSA) regulations and the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) regulations; the current regulations are those in the CCC regulations; therefore, the old regulations in the FSA regulations will be removed.  In addition, several subchapter headings will be updated to remove obsolete references and a few CFR parts will be moved into a more logical subchapter.
