The purpose of this rule is to amend the General Administrative Regulations, Actual Production History (APH) and Production Reporting. The intended effect of this action is to clarify, strengthen, and improve APH establishment and production reporting for the benefit of the insured and protection of program integrity. None of the changes are anticipated to be major departures from current production reporting requirements, but rather simplifications, improvements and enhanced efficiencies to the process.
