This proposed rule will solicit public comments on FCIC’s proposed action to amend the Forage Seeding Crop Insurance Provisions to provide policy changes to better meet the needs of policyholders by updating existing policy provisions and definitions to better reflect current agricultural practices and allowing for variations in insurance offers based on regionally-specific agronomic conditions and potential future expansions.
