This rule amended its Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Common Crop Insurance Policy (CCIP) Basic Provisions, Area Risk Protection Insurance Regulations and the General Administrative;  Subpart G-Actual Production History (APH) regulations.  The changes allow RMA to expand Enterprise Units to specialty crops more easily through the actuarial documents and update organic provisions to make consistent with the National Organic Program.  The rule incorporated existing APH requirements from procedural language as well as incorporated procedures that exclude acreage and the actual production from acreage that is damaged by an unavoidable uninsured fire and/or a third party when calculating the approved APH yield and production guarantee.  FCIC also made changes to improve crop insurance transparency to producers by incorporating existing crop insurance rules and benefits into existing regulations.  Barring substantive comments, no additional changes are expected.
