The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is exempting certain records from the FSIS system "USDA/FSIS-0005, AssuranceNet" from the access and notification provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 to prevent interference with law enforcement investigations. This rule will list the name of the system of records as exempt under the FSIS Freedom of Information and Public Information regulations.
