On April 18, 2024, the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) published a final rule that revised regulations to the WIC food packages. The final rule contained incorrect table entries. This document corrects the final regulation. In addition to the regulatory corrections, this document extends the implementation date for the provision of a minimum vitamin D amount in yogurt by 36 months.
