<![CDATA[Current directives require concession campground operators to provide a 50 percent discount on camping to holders of Golden Age and Golden Access passports and Interagency Senior and Access Passes. This steep discount is not consistent with market discounts and is not sustainable as the baby boom demographic becomes eligible for a senior discount.

Revise the directives to reduce the discount for Senior and Access pass and passport holders from 50 percent to 10 percent at concession campgrounds. Add a requirement for concessions to provide a 10 percent discount to Senior and Access pass and passport holders at day use sites and add a requirement to provide free admission for annual and volunteer pass holders at day use sites.]]>
