EDA is eliminating the regulation located at 13 CFR 301.6 that describes the Agency's procedures for providing supplementary grants under section 205 of EDA's enabling statute, the Public Works, and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3145). The regulation is confusing and does not provide any guidance in addition to what is already in section 205.
