The primary purpose of the rulemaking will be to enhance the availability of electronic application fee payments. The language in the current regulations limits fee collections to checks. Changes to the regulatory language would allow for additional electronic fee payment options. At the same time, minor edits and corrections will be made to the regulatory language.
