The Annexes to 19 CFR 351 have not been revised or updated since they were published in the Federal Register on May 19, 1997. Since that publication date, Commerce has issued several new regulations and updated several of its existing regulatory provisions. This rule updates the charts and lists in the Annexes to bring them up to date with the regulatory changes implemented since 1997.
