This rule would propose management measures such as recreational possession limits, minimum fish sizes, and seasonal closures to achieve recreational harvest limits for the 2015 summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass recreational fisheries. The recreational harvest limits for these species have been established in a separate rulemaking. This rule proposes the management measures the Council has recommended to help ensure recreational harvest is constrained to those harvest limits.
