Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service will revise the regulations at 50 CFR 424 for listing endangered and threatened species and designation of critical habitat. The revisions will add a definition of "habitat" to the regulations at 424.02.
