In December of 2020, the USPTO will move certain operations presently located in the Carlyle Place building at 2051 Jamieson Avenue to the main campus. The move will impact two patent- and trademark-related mailing addresses currently specified in Title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Effective December 1, 2020, the two mailing addresses will change to the general mailing address, preceded by Mail Stop Maintenance Fee or Mail Stop Deposit Accounts as the case may be. Title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations is being amended accordingly.
