NIST is issuing an ANPRM soliciting input on potential changes to the MEP Program Implementing Regulations in order to address numerous amendments to its authorizing statute as well as updates to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.  Specifically, the ANPRM would request input on clarifying definitions, as well as the policies and procedures applicable to the MEP Program.
