The Bureau of Industry and Security proposes to amend the licensing requirements in the Export Administration Regulations for items controlled under Export Control Classification Numbers 0A984, 0A986 and 0A987 to Canada. This amendment would support the Administration's Export Control Reform Initiative to streamline licensing requirements for exports to allies and partners consistent with U.S. multilateral obligations and subject to appropriate monitoring measures.
