In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to revise the existing Validated End-User (VEU) list, in Supplement No. 7 to part 748, for the People's Republic of China (PRC) and India by updating the list of eligible items for two VEUs in those destinations. Specifically, BIS adds an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) to the list of eligible items for VEU Samsung China Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Samsung) in the PRC; and adds an ECCN to the list of eligible items for VEU GE India Industrial Pvt Ltd. (GE) in India.
