The Air Force is proposing revisions to incorporate policy changes, clarifications, and deletions for the Air Force guidance on administrative claims for and against the Air Force for monetary damages. This rule is being revised to remove internal policy, and make it easier for the public to file a claim for monetary damages against the Air Force as well as make it clearer regarding the conditions under which they may be held liable for damages they impose.
