This final rule removes the Army rule which describes the standards for enlistment in the Regular Army, US Army Reserve, and the Army National Guard, promulgated in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3013. The basic entrance qualification standards for enlistment, appointment and induction into the all of the Military Services are currently set forth in 32 CFR part 66. This rule is redundant and will be removed.
