<p>The Army Review Boards Agency, Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) proposes to revise part 581 to provide potential ABCMR applicants information related to submitting an application and the processes utilized to adjudicate those received.&nbsp; The revised board guidance related to liberal consideration (when reviewing discharge upgrade requests) is being added to Army Regulation 15-185, which affords new and previously denied applicants of the ABCMR or the Army Discharge Review Board, greater opportunities to apply and receive an approved outcome.</p>
